My Story

I created this chart while healing my systemic yeast overgrowth with B.E.D. I right away noticed that the food helped me feel better AND the ways in which I ‘combined’ them helped even more! I couldn’t believe how quickly my issues improved by food combining at every meal. I went from being bloated and looking 4 months pregnant to having a flat, toned belly without any embarrassing gas.

As a nutritionist, I puzzled over why I hadn’t learned about food combining sooner – here I was in my mid-30’s and had studied the world of nutrition since I was a young girl. Why weren’t people talking about something that could help so much?? Many people come to me for support for ongoing digestive discomfort. Many have tried virtually every remedy under the sun. For this reason, and the desire to help myself, I was motivated to learn more.

I ordered all the books and charts that I could find on the topic of food combining and studied all the underlying theory. After a time, I decided to make a chart specifically designed for people on The Body Ecology Diet; one that listed all the foods allowed on stage 1 and beyond that. A chart that clearly outlined how to combine them. A chart even my kids could follow. And so, with my husband’s help, I created this chart that you can order here.
