I want to memorize your chart. This is so amazing you made this for your clients – Wow! This is going to help me so much. Thank you Tara. ~ BC, Orlando, FL
I created this chart while healing my systemic yeast overgrowth with B.E.D. I noticed the food helped me feel better AND the ways I ‘combined’ them helped even more. I couldn’t believe how quickly my issues improved by food combining at every meal. I went from bloated looking 4 months pregnant to having a flat, toned belly without embarrassing gas.
As a nutritionist, I puzzled over why I hadn’t learned about food combining sooner – I was in my mid-30’s and studied nutrition since I was a girl. Why weren’t people talking about something that could help so much?? Many people come to me for support for digestive discomfort. Many have tried every remedy under the sun. For this reason, and the desire to help myself, I was motivated to learn more.
I ordered all the books and charts I could find on the topic of food combining and studied all the underlying theory. After a time, I decided to make a chart specifically designed for people on The Body Ecology Diet; one that listed the foods allowed and clearly outlined how to combine them. A chart my kids could follow. With my husband’s help, we created that here.
I highly recommend this chart, especially if you feel daunted about the idea of food combining. The chart makes it a no-brainer and doable, though it still takes some thought to actually do it. ~ P.F. Chicago, IL
