B.E.D. Support Circles for The Body Ecology Diet
Tara Carpenter, NC.
Nutrition Consultant specialized in therapeutic nutrition to heal.

In a few diligent weeks of practicing this way of eating, most people feel a significant shift in current and long-standing health issues. Each circle is facilitated by a trained Nutrition Consultant specialized in using therapeutic nutrition to heal.
Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.), created by gut health pioneer Donna Gates, is a holistic approach rooted in the body’s natural balance built on timeless principles and a way of eating designed to restore the inner ecosystem, support vibrant health, and promote long-term well-being1.
This foundational system of health and healing commonly addresses yeast, bacteria, viral, and parasitic overgrowth living in or on the body. Honing in on this alone can often alleviate digestive issues. The goal is not to eradicate yeast, bacteria, viruses, or parasites because that is unreasonable, impossible, and less than ideal. Instead the purpose of B.E.D. is to boost immunity and support the body to be a self-healing organism.

If you need nutritional support, I highly recommend a consult with Tara; I feel 100% refreshed and focused. ~ S.P., CA. (Tiny Laguna Kitchen)

- Teenagers with skin issues, anxiety, anorexia.
- Women with reproductive, menstrual, hormone issues.
- Men with weight gain, erectile dysfunction, jock itch.

When I read B.E.D. book I didn’t know where to begin; everything felt complicated with many pieces to put together. Tara broke things down in doable ways and at my two month check in, I was on the diet and touring! ~ S.K., NC.
Are you interested in becoming part of a B.E.D. Support Circle?
Email tara@happybellies.net with your name and preferred time and day to meet. Potential circle times are available during the day, in the evening, and some weekends. I require a minimum of 6 people for a circle to begin. You can attend once a week, twice a week, or sporadically as you (and circles) are available. If you have kids or a busy household and worry about being too loud then you can mute your end so feel comfortable to join! Parents in need of support are welcome to join on behalf of a child’s health and dietary needs.
$25 per circle attended (each circle is 1 hour) or $120 for 6-class punch card, payment required ahead of time.
Tara made B.E.D. attainable in bite size pieces I could handle. As a result, I know how to plan foods at home and on the go, for holidays, etc. You truly made this a lifestyle for me and I know you have helped a lot of people! ~ A.D.S., Arkansas
