Therapeutic Chef
Tara Carpenter, NC.
Nutrition Consultant specialized in supporting people of all ages with therapeutic nutrition to heal digestive health-related issues, primarily yeast overgrowth.

I have retired from cooking therapeutically for people healing a digestive related health issue with a primary focus on yeast, bacteria, viral, and parasitic overgrowth . Please consider booking a nutritional consultation to receive a meal plan (recipes included).
Since 1996, I have worked in kitchens across the country as a Therapeutic Chef to help people heal mild to severe health conditions using food as a main constituent. I turn traditional, health-promoting ingredients into nourishing, easy-to-digest meals known to promote health and well-being. If you have a terminal end-of-life prognosis I cook with more discipline and can help administer home ginger compresses and colonics.
You are in good hands with Tara. ~ J.S., Worcester, VT.
Whole food is medicinal in nature to bring minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, etc. into the body. Everyone wants to feel good and move through life with less effort and more health. After years of dedicating myself to helping people feel better I now see the human body as a self-healing organism that when given the necessary tools has a good chance finding and maintaining balance, a.k.a. homeostasis.
This therapeutic cooking service is one such tool some people use as a holistic approach for healing. I find many of my clients prefer whole food as a form of “medicine” over prescribed drugs which can come with unwanted side effects (this is not always possible).
Tara individualizes nutritional needs to the dot; without a doubt I recommend her as you convert to a healthy lifestyle while leading a busy life. ~ K.B., Montpelier, VT.
