Pick My Brain ($85/1 hour, $50/half hour) is a chance to speak freely with me. Your questions lead the way. Be ready with pen and notebook.
Initial Nutrition Consultation ($250/2+ hours) is an in-depth review of your dietary and health concerns. You will have time to ask questions and share your concerns. You will receive various helpful handouts.
Follow-Ups ($125/1 hour) are for those who have previously met with me for an initial nutritional consultation and feel ready for more support.
6-Week Start-Up ($600) is a popular choice; one that includes an Initial Consultation and 5 “follow-ups” as you navigate therapeutic nutrition with more confidence. Helpful handouts and 2-day meal plan included.
12-Week Step-by-Step ($900) moves at a comfortable pace with an Initial Consultation and 11 “follow-ups” as you integrate therapeutic nutrition in your daily life. I will provide you with support along the way, cheering you on with encouragement. Helpful handouts and 5-day meal plan included.
