The following home remedies are simple and can help relieve both Athlete’s Foot and Nail Fungus:
Method #1
- Pour equal amounts of olive oil, tea tree oil and thyme oil into a bowl;
- Apply to infected area for 10 to 15 minutes;
- Scrub gently with a toothbrush to take off outermost skin where most fungi live;
- Repeat daily for a few weeks, or until infection is cleared.
Method #2
- Pour equal amounts of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and warm, filtered water into a small bowl;
- Apply to infected area for 10 to 15 minutes;
- Use a hair dryer, set on low to medium heat, to absorb all moisture in and around toes.
Note: Home remedies are complimentary to diet and not to be relied on as a main treatment for health conditions. When a Candida Cleansing Diet is followed, it’s rare to experience athlete’s foot or nail fungus. Yet, there may be times (i.e. change in seasons/imbalanced diet) that this discharge may arise and home remedies can be relied on to to relieve discomfort and restore balance in the body.
