Boluses (a.k.a. ovules, vaginal suppositories) are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and provide relief from vaginal yeast infections. These tube-like shapes are solid at room temperature but melt once inserted to release the oils and herbs inside which will absorb into the vaginal tissue.

Pomegranate Jello Recipe
The perfect treat for a hot summer morning and a sneaky way to get gelatin into you (+ kids). I created this jello while on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D) to heal a chronic case of yeast overgrowth. My kids did this gut healing protocol too, so I had to get creative in the food department 🙂
The B.E.D. protocol avoids all fruit because most fruit contains too much natural sugars, which feeds yeast, bacterial, and viral overgrowth. The only exceptions to this rule are the acidic fruits like lemons, limes, acai, sour green apples, black currants, cranberries, and pomegranates …. hence this recipe.
