Tips for Making Bubbly Jelly ?

See the bubbles?!
Check out the bubbles!

Regular jelly isn’t ‘allowed’ on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D); which recommends to avoid sugar (except lakanto, stevia, ecobloom) until your gut is in a better place. Until then it’s best to kefir jelly with probiotics to reduce the concentrated fruit sugar. Your belly might thank you 🙂 Here’s my recipe for bubbly blueberry jelly

Over the years I’ve learned a thing or two about making probiotic-rich jelly taste good and want to share my tips for getting good results every time:

Kefir means ‘feel good’ which is how most feel after drinking young coconut kefir (yck)!! This probiotic-rich food contains raw Thai young green coconuts and high-quality kefir starter*. All you have to do is mix these together, culture with warmth, and wait a day or two to enjoy a delicious drink

EcoBloom – A Prebiotic That Feeds The Probiotics

ecobloom

I discovered EcoBloom when I started on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) to heal my systemic yeast overgrowth. This prebiotic fiber is the perfect food for good flora (probiotics) that live inside our digestive system; known as the gut. The good gut flora use EcoBloom as a primary source of food. This is a good thing, because the better fed they are, the better health we have.
