My morning apple with nut butter and a hot cup of tea was joined by a couple of capsules fresh filled with warm cacao butter. I woke at dawn to fill capsules to the sounds of birds waking up outside while my family continued to sleep deeply. My kitchen peaceful with the day coming alive …. an hour later I was fueled from remnants left on my fingers from the capsule making process. A flood of relaxation rippled through my body and two more capsules later felt myself breathe out.

Regular jelly isn’t ‘allowed’ on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D); which recommends to avoid sugar (except lakanto, stevia, ecobloom) until your gut is in a better place.
