My Favorite Supplements on The Body Ecology Diet
Tara Carpenter, NC.
Holistic nutritional service for people of all ages using The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) to heal yeast, bacterial, & viral infections.

I found Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) in 2010 and like everything about this way of eating … from the yin and yang roots to the practice of food combining to a laid-back approach of you are unique, do what feels good.
There is a relaxation here I have yet to find in any other diet; a place to come home to again and again. As a Holistic Nutritionist for those using B.E.D. to heal, I am often asked what supplements to take …. my answer, near every time is “go check out body ecology“. I have taken most of the products that Donna Gates, founder of B.E.D., has created and sells as have my children and the people that come to me for nutritional support.
How My Family Eats Liver
Tara Carpenter, NC.

Most people know that eating liver is good to do; that this animal organ has multiple benefits and hit many nails on the head in one go; especially for women.
I was raised in an oceanside fishing village south of Boston with no cows grazing in green pastures. We did keep chickens and my mother often fried liver ‘n bacon with onions and I remember liking that. When I was diagnosed with anemia after giving birth, I began to seek out ways to deeply nourish my body.
