The Problem with Not Soaking (Grains, Beans, Etc.)

Every grain, bean, nut, and seed contains enzyme inhibitors and toxins (i.e. phytates, tannins, goitrogens); none of which are good to eat. Though, I do agree they do taste good nonetheless!!
