Lazy Guy Mayo

In My Kitchen: Lazy Guy Mayo

Serving customized cooking, consulting, and meal planning.

My husband’s take on mayonnaise …. before he walked into my life I’d made my own version of mayo with little to no success; was either too runny or too bland. Into my kitchen he came, blending the perfect concoction of what you will find below.

Watermelon Popsicles for FUN

I hesitated to write this recipe because it’s so simple. Yet, we don’t bring our basket of cookie cutters down off the shelf everyday and I got some photos, so here goes an easy-to-make recipe.

True to name, watermelon is an excellent source of water …. one cup contains 20% of your daily value of vitamin C and 14% for vitamin A. Watermelon also has a lower calorie content than most fruit; delivering more nutrients per calorie.

Cinnamon Kisses for The Body Ecology Diet ❤️

Cinnamon-Kisses

These kisses are easy to make, gluten-dairy-refined sugar free, and the perfect something if you are on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.). When I was healing on stage 1 of this diet, I kept a stash (+ other sweet treats) in my freezer to nibble on when I craved sweet …. they are also great for the lunchbox.

How I Make Raw Liver Pills

Tara Carpenter, NC.

Raw liver pills are a no-fuss, flavorless way to eat liver and easy as taking a multi-vitamin. The hardest part is sourcing pastured beef liver and two, getting in kitchen to make them! See here how my family eats liver.

Very important to source pasture-raised liver for this recipe. Or buy from a local farmer who freezes the liver soon after slaughtering. Do NOT use conventional supermarket liver as you will be consuming these raw and conventional liver is a health risk often due to poor bacteria levels.

Avocado-Lime Dressing

This vibrant dressing is reminiscent of a Caesar without the anchovies; pure decadence whipped into a rich, creamy texture to soothe the soul!

A good dressing is a great way to spice things up on a healing protocol like Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.). Keeping a variety of condiments on hand turns the trick on hitting that bullseye day in and day out.
